The emphasis is on healthy smoothies, but not every smoothie you drink has to be green. It can be a fruit smoothie, or even a richer decadent one made with raw cacao.  

All it takes is a blender, fruits, leafy greens and 10 minutes. Smoothies are the healthiest fast food.

The Challenge Starts April 18

Hopefully, this challenge inspires you to try new healthy foods that you will love. The goal is to build a healthy habit that you can maintain for the rest of your life, boost your health, maybe lose some weight and have fun!

You can eat all the food you usually do. Just have 1 healthy smoothie each day. You can replace a meal or have it as a snack. It’s up to you.
