Welcome to Whole Plate. I’m Andrea, and I couldn’t be happier you are here.
I’m a certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach specializing in sustained weight loss and preventive health care. I help my clients take control of their health by educating them about high nutrient foods and how to make better choices, while still enjoying the food they eat. And in the end, my clients are thinner, happier and healthier. Many of my clients achieve this in as little as twelve weeks!
I received my training from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, in New York City, where I was trained in more than one hundred dietary theories and studied a variety of practical lifestyle coaching methods. At the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, I studied under the world’s foremost natural health and nutrition experts like Dr. Andrew Weil, Dr. John Douillard, Dr. Walter Willett, Dr. Mark Hyman, Deepak Chopra and Dr. Barry Sears. I also have a B.S. from North Dakota State University, where I studied business management, communications and psychology. I’ve furthered my studies by taking Nutrition, Food and Health related classes at the University of Southern California, Duke, Vanderbilt University, University of Copenhagen and more. Through my formal education, management experience, research, studies and personal experiences, I have gained an exceptional understanding of how following a healthy delicious anti-inflammatory diet can not only help you lose and maintain your weight, but can also have an impact on your health and overall well-being. I am passionate about sharing my knowledge with you. You may want to lose weight, prevent a disease or just feel better. I am here to help.

I highly recommend working with Andrea. She asked me great questions, which helped me think about things in a new way. That led to new behaviors. I know I will keep the weight off this time. I lost 10 pounds the first week! There are so many meals to choose from I will never get bored and I can cook them for the whole family. I couldn’t understand why I couldn’t lose the weight. I though I was eating healthy by ordering a salad at McDonalds for lunch nearly everyday then a frozen diet meal for dinner.
